Hunting

Community Association

The Hunting activities of the R&GC are designed to provide guided and unguided hunting opportunities within a 300 mile radius plus occasional more remote adventures. Guided and unguided trips are generally scheduled and posted on the annual Club Calendar. The Hunting Director and Trip Coordinators provide the leadership and required information to those participating.

Hunting opportunities can be one-day or multiple-day overnight trips. Planned trips are posted by date to the Calendar and require Registration for a limited number of participants. If a deposit is required to confirm a Registration, the information will be specified in the description of the event on the Calendar date(s).

Hunting activities include Game Animals, Upland Game Birds, Migratory Game Birds and Other Non-Game Animals. Many of the outfitters/guides have been endorsed by R&GC members for a number of years. Trips are scheduled for the utmost safety for member participants. Using reliable
guides and conformity with various game laws regarding lawful hunting activities, each trip is adventurous and exiting.

Each trip offers a great chance to meet and socialize with other members and encourage a teamwork atmosphere. Plus, game meat is organic, lowfat and very tasty. Your fellow hunters are always willing to share cooking ideas and recipes.
