Sun City Intersection Maintenance
The City of Georgetown will resume street maintenance in Sun City beginning Feb. 4, focusing on the improvement of intersection safety. The work at each intersection will occur at two different time periods. This type of construction will allow for a more efficient construction schedule. The two different work elements are the foundation work (pole base installation, any concrete work, irrigation rework, etc.) and final sign installation (RRFB install, sign install, striping, activation.) The work schedule can be affected by weather conditions, mechanical issues and product availability.
