OBSERVING MEMORIAL DAY
IN SUN CITY TEXAS
Memorial Day is a day of remembrance set aside for
honoring the people who died while serving in the
country’s armed forces. Sun Citians place a great deal
of importance on this special holiday.

Page 123: The annual Memorial Day ceremony took
place at the Veterans Memorial Plaza and included
Congressman John Carter as the guest speaker. Music
was provided by the 36th Infantry Division Band of the
Texas Army National Guard.
