STELLAR PHOTOGRAPHER
Holly Moore recently received her PPSA Title from the Photographic Society
of America. This prestigious recognition of photographic achievement was
accomplished by receiving the required 288 acceptances from PSA approved
International Photography Exhibitions. Included in her acceptances were 12
Honorable Mentions, one Judge’s Choice Award, one Best of Show and two
Medals of Excellence.
Holly has been a member of the Sun City Photography Club since 2006. In
2015 she was commissioned to provide the photographs for the Georgetown,
Williamson Museum’s 2017 calendar.
HILL COUNTRY CRUISIN’
Residents of Neighborhood 55 enjoy an outing to the Vanishing Texas River Cruise on March 1. The cruise was on Lake
Buchanan and the Colorado River, where American Bald Eagles have been spotted. Although the group saw no eagles,
they did see many other birds - blue heron, pelicans and gulls - and it was a beautiful day in the Texas Hill Country.
