The professionals at Cook-Walden Funeral Homes & Cemeter-
ies will be conducting a fast-paced “lunch and learn” program,
which educates people on the benefits of pre-planning. As a
participant, you will discover four simple steps to planning
your final arrangements, as well as bringing peace of mind to
yourself and your family. While it’s an uncomfortable subject
matter, Cook-Walden pre-planning advisors will be available
to answer questions and offer various resources. The objective
of this informational luncheon is to increase awareness about
protecting your family now before it turns into a more stressful
situation. There will be details on everything from cremation
and memorial services to travel protection and transferability
within Dignity Memorial. Also, you will learn how to obtain a
free Personal Planning Guide. Join Cook-Walden as the con-
versation continues at the next “lunch and learn” event, which
will take place at Cowan Creek Amenity Center on Wednesday,
Oct. 19 and Friday, Oct. 21, both at 11 a.m. The mood will be
light with door prizes and a complimentary lunch. Friends
