better-than-anticipated year. The budget includes contributions
to Reserve Funds as well as Working Capital, the money we can
also use to pay our daily bills if necessary. Can the transfer of
the golf reserve contribution to the HOA result in an increase
in dues? Sure. Huge? I don’t think so. Equally important in
that particular discussion is how much Working Capital we
need, what profit from Golf Operations should be expected on a
normal weather year and what other revenue sources or drains
we may be facing.
If you have a concern, I encourage you to talk to a Board member
or address an advisory committee. You can help us help US.

Police Chief Nero

Visit with Georgetown Police Chief Wayne Nero and members
of his senior staff during an open meeting when Sun City
residents may ask questions, share a cup of coffee and enjoy
some fellowship with Georgetown’s Finest. Chief Nero will
address general concerns, answer questions and share ongoing
efforts and initiatives. This meeting is open to all residents.
