Celebrate 20 Years With Us!
The first “pioneers” moved into Sun City Texas in early 1996. Since then, the community has trans-
formed from ranch land and dirt roads to a sprawling 7,000-acre utopia, rich in natural beauty and
bustling with activity. Del Webb’s concept of “active retirement” has attracted more than 13,000
residents to the central Texas location and earned Sun City Texas many national accolades over
the past 20 years.
With so many years and reasons to celebrate, please mark your calendars and join us for the fun in
2016! The anniversary events will include special presentations, prizes and give-ways to celebrate
the 20th Anniversary of Sun City Texas. Stay tuned for upcoming issues of Sun Rays and your CA
