2016 HOA/LMH Payment
Payment Election Options

If you would like to make changes to your payment election for
2016, now is the time to make that change. If you are happy
with your current election, there is nothing you need to do.

The change form is available online at www.sctexas.org. To
make the change: log in with member ID and password →
click the orange Finance Forms button on the right.

The form is also available at the Member Services Office. You
may also request the form from [email protected].

The three options for 2016 HOA/LMH payments are:

1. Annual payment in full by credit card, cash or check; pay-
ment due January 31, 2016 (office closed Sat/Sun)

2. ACH bank draft quarterly

3. ACH bank draft monthly

December 15, 2015 is the deadline for 2016 changes.

All statements will be mailed the first week of January 2016
with no statement fee. Remember, all mailed statements after
January 2016 will incur a $2 processing fee; to avoid this fee
you can sign up for E-Bills (see below).

Golf, Fitness and Resident
E-Bills – Help Us Go Green!

The CA offers E-Bills that include your balances in all ac-
counts, including fitness classes, fitness lessons, prepaid MGA,
gift cards, sweeps, golf lessons, punch cards, and annual and
combo pass activity. Once you sign up, you will no longer re-
ceive a mailed statement. Help us go green, save some paper
and sign up today! To sign up, send your email information
