PENGUINS ON PARADE! ONLINE: SCTEXAS.ORG
Neighborhood 50 has adopted the penguin for its holiday theme. The
Highland Terrace entrance sign will become “Penguin Parkway” for
the December holidays. You will be greeted by three large penguins
holding a choir book at the entrance off of Pedernales Falls Drive.
As you continue driving through the neighborhood you will find the
mail boxes adorned with decorated penguins. Residents painted and
decorated their penguins with their own personal touches.
