Mardi gras!
Neighborhood 13 officially brought
in March by hosting its annual Mardi
Gras parade and dance on March 1.
The parade took place on Rio Grande
Loop and featured club members and
residents decked in green, purple and
gold. The evening’s dance was just as
fun, as residents celebrated to music
for an evening to remember. Left: Mardi
