LUNCH & LEARN: Top Income Ideas For
2013 In A Low-Yield Environment
Wednesday, March 20, 11:30 a.m., Andice Room at the
Cowan Creek Amenity Center
Hosted by: Kenny Landgraf and David Levy, Kenjol
Capital Management
What will 2013 bring for income-seeking investors? No one has
it worse than retirees. You know this first-hand if you’ve tried
to reinvest bonds bought five or more years ago. Bond and CD
rates are their lowest in history. Adjusted for inflation, the yield
on ten-year U.S. Treasury bonds is actually negative!
Popular alternatives aren’t much better. Corporate bond yields
are almost as low as for government bonds. With the economy
potentially on the edge of another recession, default risk may
be more than many investors can take.
Seminar topics will include:
• Investments yielding 5-11% in today’s low-rate environment
• Tax-advantaged Income vehicles in the energy sector
•Yield-generating fixed income opportunities – and the risks
associated with them
• Why CDs and government bonds are likely a losing propo-
sition
• Dividend-paying stocks as an alternative to bonds
Attendees will also receive valuable handouts with checklists
and handy references. The workshop includes a complimentary
lunch of sandwiches, fruit, dessert and beverages.
As a Kenjol spokesperson, David Levy has appeared on Bloom-
berg Radio and has been interviewed and quoted by national
media including CNNMoney.com and Kiplinger’s magazine.

Stop Unwanted Bladder Leakage
Friday, March 15, 12:30 p.m., Andice Room at the Cowan
Creek Amenity Center
Hosted by: Audrey Baum, WHNP, RNC at Sun City Texas
Please purchase your $1 ticket online or at the Member Services
Office
Unwanted bladder leakage is a frustrating problem for over 40
million women across the nation. It is reported that 1 out of
4 women over the age of 18 experiences some type of bladder
leakage and leakage will affect between 30-50% of childbearing
women by age 40. Unfortunately, most women are not com-
fortable discussing leakage and assume bladder leakage is an
issue they have to “live with”. Often they hope their leakage
will resolve on its own, only to find that it can get worse over
time. But, there are options to treat leakage that do not involve
pills, pads or side effects. Please join Audrey Baum, WHNP,
RNC of Lonestar Urogynecology for an educational seminar
about bladder leakage and your options for treatment. Recep-
tion begins at 12:30 p.m. with refreshments provided, followed
by a 1 p.m. seminar.
