that they will continue to spawn and fill
the pond.
However, residents are able to take as
many as five trout home, if caught.
The Hunting & Fishing Club is current-
ly made up of about 330 members, but
the club keeps growing every year. Bill
Smith said that the club is enthusiastic
about outreach and encourages members
and other residents to come out and meet
their neighbors. The club offers a hand-
ful of events to involve the whole of Sun
City Texas, including their ever-popular
Fish Fry and Silent Auction, scheduled
for May 11 this year.
Along with open events, the club spon-
sors a plethora of different outings and
excursions for hunters and fishers, in-
cluding a new Couples Fishing Trip to
Sea Drift, Texas, at the Bay Flats Lodge
on March 19-21.
