MISSION:  The Current Issues Club provides a nonpartisan environment where a respectful exchange of ideas among members promotes discussion and a deeper understanding of current issues.

Topics are selected by membership vote at each meeting for the next month. Topics are posted on the calendar and on the Member Message Board.

Guests are welcome to attend and listen to the discussion.  They may participate if time allows.

Program meetings are usually the third Friday of the month, with sign-in beginning at 9:45 in the Georgetown/Florence Rooms at Cowan Creek Amenities Center.  Due to competition for meeting rooms, be sure to check the calendar for exact dates, locations and topics.
