The Sun City Emergency Management Committee will host a flu shot clinic in the Social Center Ballroom from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. All COVID-19 precautions will be enforced. Masks are required. Click below for the VAR Consent form or forms will be available at the Flu Vaccine Clinic. Walgreens/immunizations Vaccine Administration Record (VAR) - Informed Consent for Vaccine Also bring your Medicare or insurance card to the clinic. Medicare and most insurance will cover the cost of the flu shot. Walgreens will submit insurance forms. Both standard and high dose flu vaccines will be available.
