Corona-virus can't keep Neighborhood 4 from having Happy Hour. Sit in your lawn chair on your driveway or anyone's on Running Water or in your Golf Cart with your favorite beverage . Please respect 6' social distancing. Live music by Dave Levy 109 Running Water Guest microphone will be available!
