Dallas Blooms is the largest floral festival in the Southwest with over 500,000 blooms. It's been said a picture is worth a thousand words and that describes the Arboretum during spring. You will be on your own to tour the gardens filled with cherry blossoms, daffodils, pansies, tulips and thousands of others, and also to tour the DeGolyer House built in 1940. We will have lunch at 1:30 p.m. on the patio of the DeGolyer House overlooking White Rock Lake. Our Salad Trio will consist of fresh fruit, chicken salad and spinach salad, with ice tea or coffee. Our dessert will be lemon cream shortcake. We will make a rest stop going and returning at Slovacek's in West. Note: No other meal options available.
