Depart SCPL 8:30 a.m.; return 4 p.m. Tickets for this event go on sale on Wednesday, March 1 @ 8 a.m. If you a fan of HGTV’s Fixer Upper show, then you know the impact Joanna and Chip Gaines have had in Waco remodeling homes one at a time. We will visit the Magnolia Market at their Silos location to shop, get decorating ideas, and enjoy the unusual finds. There are food trucks on site if you wish to savor a homemade crepe or other delight. After touring the Magnolia Market we will head to Spice Village located in the 100 year-old Waco Hardware building. With over 90 shops occupying 30,000 square feet, you will find gifts for any occasion, clothing, jewelry, vintage finds and home décor. Lunch is on your own at a selection of wonderful restaurants in close proximity. A stop at Buc-ee’s will make this a full day of treats and treasure. The bus will have plenty of storage for purchases. Please bring your cell phone. NOTE: This is a full day of black belt shopping. Be prepared for an active day of loading and unloading the bus, warm up your credit cards, and be ready to shop ‘til you drop! Ticket cost includes transportation only.
