CA Board has four Resident members just like you and elected by you.
Your elected Resident members work with two Developer-designated members
to make many decisions that affect our daily lives, such as budget and
homeowner fees, policies, infrastructure and oversight of advisory
committees.
We want you to consider beccome a candidate for the CA Board.
Come
to this CA Board Information Event-KNOW THE JOB to learn more. There
will be four interesting presentations and time for questions. And of
course there will be refreshments.

Cart Path

The cart path that was built by Pulte in 2015 to connect Neighborhood 59 to Sun City Blvd. has rules for its use and I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of such rules and ask that all residents adhere to these rules. They are: - The Cart Path is for golf carts and pedestrians.
- Pedestrians must remain on the paved surface and must yield to golf carts.
- Bicycles must be walked and not ridden while on the entire Cart Path.
- All golf carts must be operated in accordance with State and local law.
- Pets are prohibited on the Cart Path.
- The grounds adjacent to the Cart Path are considered wildlife habitat. Residents are prohibited from entering those areas.
- Turn around – Don’t drown during high water events.
- The Cart Path will be closed from dusk to dawn.
- The Sun City Texas Community Association shall not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the Cart Path.
Notes: - Rules will be posted at either end of the path
- Lockable gates at both entrances will be closed in the event of flooding.

the last few months we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of
hog sightings at the golf courses and in the back yards of private residences.
Take your grand kids to swim with Santa on Friday, December 16, at the Georgetown Recreation Center, 1003 N. Austin Avenue. Grab your suits and your camera and bring the entire family for a chance to swim with the big man himself! The event takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
