She plans to become more involved with these
charitable endeavors as well.
Jane Bonk, the past President of the Woodworker’s
Club, said, “Judy does exquisite work. She makes
wonderful furniture and is an extremely careful
woodworker who respects the equipment. She is
a pleasure to have around.” Club President Ron
Mendelzon echoes Jane’s sentiments, adding,
“Judy is a very skilled and accomplished artisan
woodworker, as well as a glass worker. She is truly
gifted with a natural talent that gives her the ability
to make beautiful furniture.”
Judy is a force of imagination, determination and
persistence. Though she may not make the list of
the ten best woodworkers in the world, here in Sun
City Texas, Judy McDonald is at the top of our list.

All of Judy’s beautiful creations are made by
hand from her own designs - with the exception
of her outdoor furniture projects, she does not
rely upon commercial plans. Judy says her
method is one of, “trial and error.”
