The Poker Club held a Texas Hold’em
No Limit tournament on November 8
with 40 members participating in the
event. Congratulations to Alan Bourdo
for winning the tournament with Dale
Wakefield placing second, Barnie
Gilmore placing third, Mary Stevens
placing fourth and Linda Posey placing

property. Grasses, succulents and pops
of color grace the front of the home.
Judy has introduced a collection of
potted and inground succulents that
frame a wandering path of dark gray
stone leading across the front yard and
through a gate into the back yard. The
rear entices with a softly musical water
feature and next to it sits a lovely fire
pit for those chilly winter days.” Judy’s
yard was equally lovely when we vis-
ited late in the fall. Purple lantana and
blue plumbago continued to bloom
out front. Along the dry stream bed
in the back yard a rogue batch of tropi-
cal milkweed was attracting scores of
butterflies. Judy planned to remove it
