Attention, Landscaped Maintained Homes (LMH)
residents: Please attend this year-end town hall! The
LMH Committee will give a recap of landscape activities
completed in 2016 and present the 2017 LMH budget.
Various LMH subcommittee members will be introduced,
and we will discuss plans for the future. TCB Landscape
will provide refreshments. We will see you there.
This meeting will air live on Channel 18 and will be
available on the website following the meeting.

club memberships, book a tee time, look up contact information
for your Sun City Texas friends and much more! Whether you
have never logged in or just need a refresher, please join us to
learn more about what the website can do for you! We’ve added
some new bells and whistles since the launch of the website and
we look forward to walking you through them and answering
any questions you may have.
Below are a few of the topics we will cover during the meeting:

– Purchasing tickets – FAQ’s and troubleshooting.
– Where can I find videos of meetings and town halls?
– Surveys on the website.
– How do I upload my profile picture?
– Where can I opt in and out of emails?
– How do I search the website?
– How can I quickly get to my Club websites?
– Where is the Board and Committee information?
– My Sun Rays are online every month too?

Come join us! Sun City Texas is within the city limits of
Georgetown. How they operate and the decisions they make
affect you, so please take this opportunity to join us for this city

We will have coffee and donuts so come early and learn how
