The holidays can be a stressful time of year for most individu-
als, but when you are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or
dementia it can be even worse. We will discuss approaches to
help keep your loved one happy and calm, while allowing you
to really enjoy your holidays. It will be an informal discussion
so come with your questions!

Margo Hays is Director of Community Outreach for George-
town Living and has spent years devoting her life to helping
families who are struggling with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
She was called to this field after caring for her own mother
who suffered from the disease.
