Happy New Year! The studio had a busy
year, with many active members who
provided a wide variety of glasswork
in copper foil, kiln-formed, jewelry, and
mosaic items. We are fortunate to have
so many talented and creative members.
There are always at least a few amazing
things in process in the studio. We wel-
come visitors during open hours, Monday
through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We’ll show you around and explain what
goes into working with glass.
January is also the first month for class-
es! Sign-ups are January 2, starting at
9
a.m. Students will be enrolled in two
beginning classes, then will choose to
continue on in copper-foil technique or
kiln-formed glass technique. Copper-
foil classes will meet on Tuesdays and
Thursdays, from 4-7 p.m. Kiln-formed
classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays at 6 p.m. The combined class is
limited to 15 people, so come early as
it’s first-come, first-served. The studio
accepts checks to hold your place in class.
Call the studio if you have any questions!
