Williamson County VRTA Site
|
|
|
Williamson County has set up a call center to serve as a resource for residents interested in COVID-19 vaccine information. The call center number is 512-943-1600. Thousands of people use this phone number, and getting through may take a while.
|
|
If you need to reschedule your appointment with Family Hospital Systems (FHS) email [email protected] directly. The call center cannot reschedule appointments.
Once you are contacted that it is your turn to receive the vaccine, Williamson County can offer technical assistance with completing your registration paperwork at a Vaccine Registration Technical Assistance (VRTA) site. No appointment is necessary for technical help. Below are VRTA locations and times:
- Hill Country Bible Church, 3300 Little Elm Trail, Gym Building, Cedar Park; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- First Baptist Taylor, 2500 Mallard Lane, Taylor; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The Oaks in Sun City, 301 Del Webb Boulevard; Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We encourage all residents in Phase 1b to use any option to obtain their first dose of vaccine from any approved entity offering it.

Curbside pick up of tree limbs
and brush began this week
A special curbside collection of trees, limbs and other damaged foliage due to the recent winter storm began this week for Georgetown residents. It is expected to take two weeks.
Tree limbs and brush should be placed along the curb or pavement edge by Thursday, March 4. Tree limbs and brush should be stacked in piles, but do not need to be cut up or bundled. No other debris, such as sheetrock, flooring or construction material will be picked up. Tree limb piles with other material mixed in will be left at the curb.
