Friendly Reminder:
Proper disposal of yard clippings

Submitted by Jim Romine, Executive Director,
[email protected]

With the arrival of Spring and the onslaught of yard work, here is your friendly reminder not to dump any of your lawn clippings into the CA common areas. Such dumping is against our rules and we request you work through TDS on removal. We have noticed this in multiple locations including the entry to the Mockingbird Trail.

Time to Treat for Fire Ants!

Submitted by Carlton M. Mathis, Common Area and Irrigation Superintendent,
[email protected]

The Community Association normally performs ant bait treatment during April. Signage will be posted in high-traffic areas as a reminder that it is time for residents to treat their yards. Treating for ants works best if we all treat at the same time.
