We’re making great progress on the new Queen Tract, and we’ve already welcomed many neighbors in Neighborhoods 81, 82 and 84A. We’ve already begun preparing the site and surrounding facilities for the new Queen Amenity Center and plan to start construction in early 2018 and anticipate completion at the end of 2018. This new facility will include a fitness center, visual arts room and a multi-purpose room which will seat up to 300. The multi-purpose room can be sectioned off into smaller rooms and includes a stage, a space for set-building and storage for AcTAG and a catering kitchen. Other amenities in this area include pickleball courts which will be completed in late 2017, a pond for irrigation, overflow parking for bus outings and hiking trails. Please click below to see floorplans of the new amenity center.
