Your 2017 Chartered Club Memberships

Sun City Texas Chartered Clubs have begun their 2017 membership drive. Remember that to join or renew a membership, each resident must log in under their own Member ID to purchase Chartered Club memberships online. You cannot purchase a Chartered Club membership for another resident while logged into the website under your Member ID; this ensures that the memberships you purchase are credited to your account. (This, of course, only applies to the purchase of Chartered Club memberships. You are still able to purchase event tickets online for your spouse or friends throughout the year.)

You may buy online or if you prefer to purchase in person, go to the Member Services Office using cash, check or credit card.  Please Click Here for complete directions on how to purchase your dues.

Salute the Blue And Political Signs Should Already Be Removed

Submitted by Carl Zimmerman, Community Standards Director, [email protected]

In August, the CA Board and staff added a temporary community decoration theme for “Salute the Blue Sun City Texas.” This is a friendly reminder that this temporary community decoration theme concluded on Sunday, October 9, and decorations for the program should be taken down in order to comply with the community's governing documents. Some homes continue to display the related yard signs and we ask that you please remove the signs as soon as possible.

The community's rules allow residents to display political signs for the upcoming election from 90-days prior to the election on November 8th until 10-days after the election. All political signs must be removed no later than November 19th. Click Here to read political sign policy.

Water Matters

imgSubmitted by Carlton Mathis, Common Area & Irrigation Superintendent, 512-948-7792, [email protected]

Weather patterns continue to be favorable for leaving irrigation systems off. Rain events are semi regular, and temperatures are staying cool enough that the soil is retaining the moisture longer. We should be good keep controllers off until next year.

If you need assistance with your landscape irrigation system, the Water Matters Team is available to help familiarize you with it. If you need help setting up your controller, or would like a complete and thorough evaluation of your irrigation system, send an email to [email protected], or contact your Neighborhood Representative. A Water Matters Ambassador will come to your home to assist you.
