In
August, the CA Board and staff added a temporary community decoration
theme for “Salute the Blue Sun City Texas.” This is a friendly reminder
that this temporary community decoration theme concluded on Sunday,
October 9, and decorations for the program should be taken down in order
to comply with the community's governing documents. Some homes continue
to display the related yard signs and we ask that you please remove the
signs as soon as possible.
The community's rules allow
residents to display political signs for the upcoming election from
90-days prior to the election on November 8th until 10-days after the
election. All political signs must be removed no later than November
19th. Click Here to read political sign policy. ______________________________________ Submitted by Carlton Mathis, Common Area & Irrigation Superintendent, 512-948-7792, [email protected]
Weather
patterns continue to be favorable for leaving irrigation systems off.
Rain events are semi regular, and temperatures are staying cool enough
that the soil is retaining the moisture longer. We should be good keep
controllers off until next year.
If you need assistance with your
landscape irrigation system, the Water Matters Team is available to help
familiarize you with it. If you need help setting up your controller,
or would like a complete and thorough evaluation of your irrigation
system, send an email to [email protected], or contact your Neighborhood Representative. A Water Matters Ambassador will come to your home to assist you. |
