Purchase of a New Energy Management SystemSubmitted by David Hahn, Director of Facilities Maintenance, [email protected]
One of our main operating goals each year is to manage the Community Association's facilities in an energy conscious manner. One of the ways we achieve this goal is by utilizing an energy management system. Our current system is in need of replacing for a variety of reasons and the attached article summarizes why we will be converting it soon using the Capital Asset and Reserve Funds to accomplish this conversion.

The
CA has purchased two table tennis tables for use at the Cowan Creek
Pavilion. We have purchased covers for these tables and ask that the
tables remain covered and under the roof line when not in use. We ask
that those who wish to play on these tables respect those who have
reserved the pavilion and not play during those reserved times. For
those who may need to borrow paddles/balls, we have those for loan at
the Cowan Creek Monitors desk. Enjoy! _____________________________ Thanks to the CandidatesThe Elections Committee wants to say “thanks” to all of the candidates for their willingness to campaign for a position on the CA Board. And, if elected, to give two years of their time and talents to serve their community.
As you know, there was one ballot per lot. A valid ballot was received from 41.3% of the lots. This indeed is an impressive turnout. Click Here to see what percentage of your neighborhood voted.
The candidates and Elections Committee appreciate your participation in this election. It is one indication of how much residents value and support their community. _____________________________ Sun City Texas Best Community Ever!Award Applications Close JUNE 23! Native Common Area Mowing BeginsSubmitted by Carlton Mathis, Common Area & Irrigation Superintendent, 512-948-7792, [email protected]
Weather permitting, we are planning to begin our bi-annual maintenance of the Native Common areas the first full week of June. After much discussion, it has been decided that we will no longer be alternating our maintenance path through the campus. It will be consistent going forward. The only changes made will be to accommodate newly developed areas acquired by the CA. Please click below to view the list of our neighborhoods in the order we plan to work on them.
