The new Bur Oak Trail extension to Tranquility Trail is now open to residents! Accessible via Lone Star Drive, this 1.6 miles (round-trip) nature trail winds through lush woodlands and tree-shaded meadows along Berry Creek. The Bur Oak Trail extension was made possible by the Developer through funds allocated earlier this year by the Main Expansion Task Force. imgFriendly Reminders:
Del Webb, Pets &
Accessible Parking

Submitted by Jim Romine, Executive Director, [email protected]

  • Turf renovation on Del Webb Blvd: Our contractor has sprayed the old turf to kill it and soon will be working on removing the old grass to prep for the new sod. You can tell by the dead grass where it has been sprayed and prepped for removal.
  • Handicap-Accessible Parking: A friendly reminder that handicap-accessible parking is reserved for those vehicles that are appropriately tagged or that display the proper placard.
  • Shred Recap: Thanks to all who volunteered to assist with our community shred day last Friday. With the addition of a third truck this year, we we’re able accommodate all residents who lined up for the event and shred more than 30,000 lbs of material in three hours!
  • Pets: While this weather may feel mild compared to July and August, this is a friendly reminder that it is never safe to leave your pet locked in your vehicle with the windows rolled up. Even for a minute. Your best friend needs cool, fresh air. If you cannot sit in the car with the windows rolled up, why would you leave your pet in there?
