We have updated the list that shows where all AED’s (Automated External Defibrillator) in Sun City Texas are located to ensure that everyone knows where they may find one in the event of an emergency.

The AED unit that was moved was in the ladies restroom at the Softball Field complex and is now located on the fence at the softball field. Please click below to view the updated list.

AARP Free Tax Preparation
and Electronic Filing Begins Today

Fridays, Feb. 5 - Apr. 15
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Cowan Creek Amenity Center

The AARP Tax Aide Foundation is again providing free tax assistance to Sun City residents every Friday until April 15.

Today, Friday, January 29, someone will be available from 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.  After that, they will be available every Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In addition to bringing all necessary financial documents needed to complete your tax return, bring last year's tax return, a photo I.D., plus Social Security cards for yourself and all dependents. Bring a checkbook if you want to direct deposit any refund.

Visit with Georgetown Police Chief Wayne Nero and members of his senior staff for an open meeting during which Sun City residents may ask questions, share a cup of coffee and enjoy some fellowship with Georgetown's Finest. Chief Nero will address general concerns, answer questions, and share ongoing efforts and initiatives. This meeting is open to all residents.
