When residents with appointments arrive, you will need to call the staff member with whom you have the appointment to let them know you have arrived. CA Staff will meet you at the building entrance near the Member Services’ Office after your call from your cell phone.

The Community Standards Customer Service Office in the Social Center Building will be limited to one resident at a time.

Communication and Lifestyle doors will remain locked. The monitor will call the employee when a guest has arrived. Employees will exit the office space and meet with guests in the lobby area.

  • Copies/Faxes
  • In-person ticket sales (only online or phone call with a credit card)

Masks and Social Distancing Outdoors

Please carry a mask for those times when you are not able to keep six feet of physical distance between you and people that are not in your household. This is especially important to remember when walking the hiking trails, sidewalks and when outside with others in potentially close proximity.
