Shueboard
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10 a.m.
Shuffleboard is a perfect low impact activ-
ity for the warmer summer months.
The Shuffleboard courts are open every
day during daylight hours, adjacent to
the bocce ball courts. A non-competitive
group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 10-11:30 a.m. Discs, cues (sticks)
and rules are available in courtside stor-
age. Neighborhoods can reserve the courts
for neighborhood events. New players are

Sky Girls
We are a group of retired stewardesses,
better known today as flight attendants,
who meet monthly in the home of one of
our members. Our meetings are held the
first Thursday of each month at 10 a.m.
We are strictly social, and have discovered
we have endless experiences to share and

second Saturday, except in February and

The upcoming Board Meeting on Thurs-
day, July 11 will continue to clarify
Citizen Council’s purpose for 2013 and
beyond.
The Citizens Council is an independent
group of residents with a common vision
of safeguarding the value and lifestyle
of the Sun City Texas community. The
council is not affiliated with the devel-
oper, Community Association, or other
governance systems.

No meetings in July and August

Note that our Club doesn’t hold regular
meetings during the summer months
of June, July and August. However, we
continue accepting donations of clean,
used clothing and shoes for the Shriners’
Children’s Burn Hospital in Galveston.
Children and their families often have
