Come one! Come all! To the musi-
cal and magical Follies!
After months and months of
planning and rehearsing, the Sun City
Texas Actors & Theatre Arts Guild will
present its annual Follies from February
25-March 2 in the Social Center Ball-
room. This year’s production, entitled
20th Century Follies, will be a musical
tribute to the decades of the 20th cen-
tury, from Vaudeville to Disco.
Songs include “Sentimental Journey,”
“Bye Bye Blackbird,” “Dancing Queen,”
and many more. Not only will there be
songs sung by neighbors and friends,
but audience members can expect to be
entertained through dance and comedy
skits, as well. This all-out performance
is renowned for its talented performers
and inspired, fun-filled showcases. 20th
Century Follies is sure to please everyone
who attends, reminding audience-goers
of time gone by with song, dance and
laughter.
Resident Colleen Sigley will direct the
20th Century Follies, and music will be
provided by Band of the Century, with
showcases by Sun City Texas residents.
Show times are Monday, February 25
through Saturday, March 2 at 7 p.m.,
and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are
$14 per person, and can be purchased
online atwww.sctxca.org,at the CA
Member Services Office, or at the door
each night (if available).
