All CA staff participate in CPR training and monthly safety/customer service meetings to better serve the community and its residents.
As of today, our staff maintains 24 buildings encompassing over 235,000 square feet of covered space. Our responsibilities include the care of 8 pools and/or spas (390,000 gallons of water), air conditioning repair and maintenance, as well as lighting, plumbing, electrical and general building and grounds maintenance. We practice Proactive Maintenance, which is to inspect and find problems before they are reported or become bigger problems. We work consistently with our vendors and contractors to get the best value for supplies and contracts signed. Our processes are continuously improved through education, while ensuring the control of costs through good reporting and the measurement of results.
