569 Mac – Quicken Basics

Class Sessions:  Two 2-hr sessions

Prerequisite:  must have Quicken installed on your device

Course Description/Objectives:
This class is for new Quicken for Mac users. You will need to have Quicken installed on your device to participate. At the conclusion of this class, you will know how to:

• Navigate through the program
• Understand Quicken nomenclature
• Organize personal finances
• Set up and categorize income and expenses for easier access to data
• Download finances from banks and credit cards, and reconcile these accounts
• Generate and print reports for budgeting, tax filing, etc.
• Save a backup
