  • Make an online payment using the instructions found at https://www.sctexas.org/Files/Library/27956/2020DIRECTORYHOAPAMENTS.PDF
  • Call Cynthia Chapman, Member Services Manager, at 512-948-7716 and leave a message. She will return your call and obtain credit card information.   Please do not leave a credit card number on the phone message.
  • Call Heidi Beaird, Member Services Coordinator, at 512-948-7720 and leave a message. She will return your call and obtain credit card information.   Please do not leave a credit card number on the phone message.
  • Email Learhea Verett, Staff Accountant, at [email protected] and ask her to include member charges in your approved ACH draft limit. You will need to include your name, member number and approved amount that she can draft your account for miscellaneous charges.
Common Area Maintenance Plan

Weather permitting, we are planning to begin our bi-annual maintenance of the Native Common areas the first full week of June. Wildflowers will have gone to seed for the most part by this time. We will be keeping a close eye out for young deer in the grass. Please find below the proposed neighborhood order of maintenance. Although the majority of this process can handled by our mowers, there are some areas that are less accommodating and will need to be handled with line trimmers. The line trimmers can be up to two weeks behind the mowers. All cuttings will be left where they fall. This is a Firewise exercise only, and not for aesthetic or any other purpose.

Prohibited Dumpster Use
Submitted by Debbie Bruner, Sun City Texas Recycles

While Sun City is allowing more activity around the community to open up, we need to keep in mind that the dumpsters at ALL of the amenity locations are for events ONLY and NOT for personal disposal of residents’ trash.  So, while there are still no events being held in Sun City Texas at this time, the dumpsters should literally be empty.

When the Community Association has to send employees out to clean up after collections for what has been illegally dumped, it costs Sun City residents. Your cooperation by not using the dumpsters is appreciated.
Eating Out

Wriggley's and Mulligan's are happy to announce they are once again open for 'Dine In' service. Seating is 'first come, first served'. At the moment there is limited seating at both locations. Maximum number in a party cannot exceed six people. Both restaurants have face masks for all service staff team members to wear.

  • Wriggley's Hours 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Mulligan’s Hours 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
AARP Tax Assistance Canceled

As coronavirus (COVID-19) developments change hour-by-hour, AARP Foundation is doing its part to prioritize the health of taxpayers, volunteers and the communities they serve. Accordingly, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide services are suspended until further notice.

They will continue to assess whether they can open again in some or all Tax-Aide sites now that the tax filing deadline has been postponed to July 15, 2020.
