Board Candidates - It's Time!

Are you running for a CA Resident Board seat?
The application filing period begins soon!

Filing period begins for those who wish to become qualified candidates for the Board of Directors. Candidate packets, including applications, for Pre-Qualified are available now. The filing period runs March 23 - April 6.

How to Apply
If you are interested in becoming a Qualified Candidate (includes many CA provided campaign resources), you may access the application on the Board’s website. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 6 by 4 p.m. Be prepared to include a brief, one-page biography with your application. Due to the CA closures, please email your two page application and biography to Katie Newnam at [email protected] or mail via USPS mail at 2 Texas Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78633 by the deadline.

Questions?
Please contact Katie Newnam or [email protected], 512-948-7704, with any questions you may have about this very important annual process.

Golf Course Closures

The golf courses and all their facilities will remain closed until Monday, April 6 at which point the Board will reassess outdoor facilities.

During the closure we will be aerifying all three courses wall-to-wall. This includes pulling cores on tees, fairways and greens. We will also be slicing the rough. We previously planned to perform these tasks by closing each course for 5 days in June of this year. We now plan to be fully open for the month of June.

Golf cart paths are closed to pedestrian traffic. This is for your safety and we cannot stress this enough. With wall-to-wall aerifications we will have virtually every piece of equipment in use on and around the golf courses. These vehicles pose a serious threat to anyone walking, jogging or riding bikes on the cart paths. Please stay safe and stick to the street sidewalks.

Home Delivery Service - Mulligan's and Wriggley's

Effective Saturday morning, March 21, both Mulligan’s and Wriggley’s will offer home delivery service. Menu pricing will be the same as always. All menu items are available. There will be a 15% auto-gratuity added, plus a $5.00 delivery fee. At this time we are also able to offer beer by the six pack and wine by the bottle. Unfortunately, we need to be paid in cash for home delivery as we do not have portable credit card machines available.

If you would like, we can leave your order at your door, ring your doorbell, and you can leave an envelope with cash on your porch or meet us at the door. We also have take-out service available if you want to drive to either restaurant. At the present time, you are allowed to come in and wait for your order or we can bring the order to your car. We are trying to keep all of our employees employed through this difficult time. We have several servers who have kids at home -- unfortunately, with both restaurants shut down, there is no one to serve. These will be our delivery people. Thank you in advance for your patience and support.

Submissions may be considered for publication in the May Sun Rays. Deadline is Friday, March 27.
