TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SET-UP TIMES
Thursday, March 12 between 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday, March 13 between 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Your spaces will not be available for set up until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 – do not arrive earlier than 2:00 p.m. to set up – no exceptions!
- Outdoor Vendors: you may move barricades if they are blocking access to your space when you arrive for setup; please replace them when you have unloaded.
- Your setup must be complete by 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 13. If you are not set up in your space by 8:30 a.m. on March 13, you may forfeit your space at your own expense.

TAKE-DOWN TIME
Friday, March 13 between 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Do not begin taking down early - the Fair ends at 2:00 p.m. Early take-downs will forfeit their invitation to participate in our next Vendor Fair!
- Leave your space the way you found it – clean and empty.
- Remove all boxes from Sun City Texas property.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
During the Fair, your company’s team members, tables, displays, signage and materials must remain within your assigned space(s). Be respectful of other Fair participants - do not encroach upon or block neighboring spaces!
- Indoor spaces include a table (8 ft. long X 2.5 ft. wide X 30 in. high) and 2 chairs, unless you requested otherwise when you registered. If you need a different-sized table, you must bring your own.
- All indoor tables must be covered and skirted to the floor. No table coverings/skirts will be provided by Sun City Texas CA – you must bring your own.
- No extension cords or power strips will be provided by Sun City Texas CA. If you purchased an indoor space with electricity, you must bring your own 15 – 20 ft. extension cord(s).
- No indoor tents are permitted. Pop-up tents are permitted outdoors and must be weighted with at least 30 lbs. per leg.
- Outdoor parking lot booths do not have access to electricity.
- No generators allowed.
- All spaces are subject to last minute changes at the discretion of Sun City Texas CA.
- This is a Rain or Shine event – no refunds – no exceptions!
PARKING
Setup Day - Thursday, March 12
- Vendors may park anywhere in the 2 Texas Drive parking lot.
- If you use our Circle Drive to unload, please be courteous and move your vehicle as soon as you finish unloading.
Day of Fair - Friday, March 13
- Vendors park at 1 Texas Drive – Sun City Activities Center Building located across the street from the Social Center.
- Do not park in the Social Center 2 Texas Drive lot. In order for our residents to attend the Fair, they need to have access to close parking!
NAME BADGES
- Name badges will not be provided - please wear your own identification.
FOOD
- Complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided on Friday, March 13, beginning at 7:30 a.m., while supplies last.
- You may purchase food from 3 food trucks that will be onsite during Fair hours on March 13: Café Ybor, Garbo’s and The Dog Pound.
