January 13, 2020: The Annual Meeting of the Computer Club will be held in the Ballroom at 1 pm. All members are invited to attend.

New Computer Club Presentations and Classes:
Here is a look-ahead to new opportunities for Computer Club members in 2020.
Presentations:
Smart911, Knox Boxes, and Emergency Response – Presentation by Georgetown Fire, Police, and Communications Departments
March 31, 2020, at 9:00 in Annex
Limit of 49 Computer Club members
Only Computer Club members are invited. The presentation is free, but members must obtain tickets at CA site. Tickets will be collected at the door. CA site will make tickets available March 1, 2020.
Avoiding Scams – Presentation by Georgetown Police Department
April 13, 2020, at 1:30 in Retreat – Lone Star Room
Limit of 200 Computer Club members
Only Computer Club members are invited. The presentation is free, but members must obtain tickets at CA site. Tickets will be collected at the door. CA site will make tickets available March 1, 2020.
New Classes:
Jane Bonk has created a new 2-hour class – iPhone Health Applications. It is scheduled for February 26, 2020, at 9:00 in the Annex with a limit of 20 Computer Club members.
Jan Franklin has updated Mac Music to be scheduled for March.
John Jenkinson is bringing back his Safer Web Browsing class, scheduled for March 18, 2020, in the Annex.
Michael Lee Smith is creating a new 2-hour class – Mac Accessibility Tools for People with Limited Hearing to be offered in March in the classroom. He is working on methods to share Mac Accessibility Tools with people with limited vision and with people with limited mobility.
