Superintendent Revenge is Back!
This is a tremendously popular event and our next one is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20. It will be held at White Wing with an 11 a.m. shotgun start.
The event includes a 4 person scramble format. Given the proximity to the Christmas Holiday, Non-Sun City family and friends, who may be visiting, are welcome to participate!

Attention: Punch Card Holders!
Punch card holders, with larger balances, may use now use punches for other residents, as well as guests, through the end of the year.
Check on your card status at the golf shops or on your monthly statement. You my buy more rounds (min. of 10 rounds) or pay-as-you-go all at the same per-round rate. This does not apply to the 15 round afternoon pass.

2020 Punch Cards &
Annual/Combo Passes
The 2020 Golf Passes and Punch Cards be purchased at any of our golf shops and at the Member Services Office at 2 Texas Drive. During the month of December there are some great incentives offered when buying an Annual Pass, Combo Pass or Punch Card. Please see the specials below!
You may buy a pass using a payment plan with four installments. For instance, if you purchase the pass in December, you pay a quarter of the price now, then set up a bank draft in February, March and April. This plan cannot be processed in the golf shops, so please visit the Member Services Office for information and assistance.
Annual Pass: $3,603
Combo Pass: $5,765:
- 100 Round Punch Card: $3,208
- 50 Round Punch Card: $1,918
- 25 Round Punch Card: $1,019
- 15 Round Afternoon Punch Card: $480

Frost Delays
We have officially reached the time of year where frost delays are going to be a concern from time to time. Please remember that you may check on the status of the golf courses by calling the course condition lines and/or checking the online Chelsea system:
- Legacy Hills – 512-948-7560, option 1
- White Wing – 512-948-7570, option 1
- Cowan Creek – 512-948-7580, option 1
When temperatures indicate that frost is possible, we will block an appropriate number of tee times to help prevent an actual delay. By doing this, we can avoid having to push tee times back and it makes it much easier to communicate in a timely manner.

Looking for Adopt-A-Hole Volunteers |
|
Adopt-A-Hole is looking for volunteers to join certain teams that could use additional members. The adopt-a-hole program provides assistance maintaining the golf courses.
Specific holes include:
- Legacy Hills #1, #9, #13, and #15
- White Wing #5 and #16.
In addition, the Legacy Hills #1 and #13 teams are looking for a new team Captain.

GHIN Handicap
Please note that 2020 GHIN fees will be billed this month and will show up on your statement you receive in January.
To Cancel
If you want to cancel this service, you will need to stop by the Legacy Hills Golf Shop and complete a cancellation form. Verbal cancellations will NOT be accepted.
To Transfer
For anyone new to Sun City that has a handicap at another club, we are able to transfer your GHIN number into our system keeping your history and same GHIN number. To do this, contact Erik or Sheila at Legacy Hills and be ready to provide your GHIN number! If you have ANY GHIN questions, please call Erik (948-7563) or Sheila (948-7564).

Get That Sticker!
Every golf cart should have an ID sticker so we can identify you in case of an emergency. These stickers are free and you can get them at any golf shop or the Member Services Office.
|

Special orders can still be placed, but we can no longer guarantee arrival before the end of the year. This is especially important for those that want to use sweeps.
Men’s and Women’s New Balance golf shoes have been restocked and just in time to use your sweeps if you have any!
Travel bags are now in stock at Legacy Hills! This is a great compact design that can be expanded to fit any golf bag!
Women’s Monterey Club Capri’s have been restocked!
Women’s Adidas dresses are now in stock at Legacy Hills!

Afternoon Punch
Card Holders
Please remember to specify that you have an Afternoon Punch Card when checking in for your round - especially if you have other levels of punch cards. This will help avoid incorrect charges.
And remember, Afternoon Punch Cards are only good after 1 p.m.
