Sun City has new design guidelines which are 37% shorter and more easily understood. At this Town Hall, Director of Community Standards Carl Zimmerman will present a brief overview of these new guidelines. Ginger Przybys, Modification Committee Chair, and other committee members will be at the Town Hall to answer individual questions after the presentation. Thank you to the committee members for their hard work!
