Concerned about self defense? The Self Defense Club introduces a FREE three month Women Only self defense class. Classes will be held Thursday, Sept. 12, Monday, Oct. 28 and Monday, Nov. 25, at Cowan Creek's Jarrell/Walburg rooms from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
