We were finally able to get sod from King Ranch Turf in Bay City yesterday, Tuesday, June 4, right before they received another round of rain which would have postponed harvesting for another week.
Installation of the new sod to damaged areas on Cowan Creek’s front nine greens began early this morning and will be completed by tomorrow. We anticipate all 18 holes being open for play by Monday, June 17.
