The Women | The Telephone | Trouble in Tahiti – a trio of light, comic operas is presented by the Butler Opera Center. The first opera titled The Women puts a mother and a wife sparring over who is more deserving of the man’s affections.  In The Telephone, Ben tries to propose to his girlfriend in between her continual phone calls.  Trouble in Tahiti finds Sam and Dinah trying to adjust to suburban life.  Short and simple operas.
 
Pre-event dinner on your own will be at the Domain.  Drop-off point will be by Kona Grill.  Some of your choices are Grand Lux, North, Gloria’s, California Pizza or shopping.  Map and suggestions will be provided.
 
NOTE:  Only clear plastic purses/handbags OR gallon Ziploc bags are allowed in the McCullough Theater.
 
Ticket cost includes transportation and opera ticket.  Maximum tickets: 30

Shopping, shopping and more shopping! We will cover it all from Buc-ee’s to Magnolia Market, to the warehouse area and Spice Village. Magnolia has everything from decorating ideas to unique finds to their famous cupcakes. In addition, the two-story Findery right around the corner as well as their warehouse shopping offer much more. Two blocks away on Mary Avenue, you will find more goodies. For your convenience, you can enjoy a free ride on the trolley. 
 
With numerous food trucks offering crepes, rice bowls, burgers and more, you can enjoy lunch on your own onsite at Magnolia. Or you may prefer to wait for lunch when we go to Spice Village for more restaurants and more shopping. 
 
On the way going and returning we will stop at Buc-ee’s in Temple. There well be numerous times reboarding the bus.
