Profile & Preferences
It's Important to check your own Profile & Preferences by March 22! Even if you have been listed in the printed directory in the past, it is critical that each resident log into the website using their own member ID (not their spouse’s) to check and update their profile.
|

|
Resident Age Verification Survey
To maintain our "55 or over" exemption, Federal law requires us to periodically update our records and confirm that at least 80% of the households in Sun City Texas have at least one resident 55 years of age or over. One member of each household is asked to log into the website and take the one-question survey. After one person in the household has done this, no other members of the household will need to take the survey. (HINT: If you log into the website and are not prompted to take the survey, then another household member has already done so.)

Trash in the Common Areas
Today’s friendly reminder is about trash and the use of the community trash receptacles along our sidewalks and trails. Unfortunately some are using these trash cans to dispose of large quantities of trash, which they are not designed for. By doing this, it reduces the available use by others who merely want to dispose of Fido’s poo bag or some small trash they have picked up or have while walking in our beautiful community. So, my friendly reminder today is please dispose of large amounts of trash in your home receptacles and keep these available for their intended use. Many thanks, Jim.

Be sure to mark your calendars for the upcoming Nonprofit Fair. Traditionally, we have approximately 40 nonprofits participating. Talk to representatives of area organizations to see what services are available and whether there is a cause you are interested in supporting.
Do you have a nonprofit that is near and dear to you that you would like to see participate? Ask the organization to contact Jenny Phillips at [email protected] for registration information.
