Your Help Center provides free service to:- Repair both PC and Apple devices
- Remove malware to improve your device performance
- Transfer data from your old device to a new one
- Replace hard drives
- Repair email glitches
- Help with PC, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and some Android repair issues

Schedule your repair appointment |

- Click the green signup box on the day you would like to come
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click Save and Continue
- On the next page fill in your information and click Sign Up Now
- If you need to change or delete your appointment, respond to the confirmation email you received

- All members must come to the Help Center on the day of your appointment to register for ANY repair service. If mobility is an issue, indicate this information in your problem area description to arrange for a home visit.

- For your information, the Help Center volunteers rely on the Internet (Google, YouTube), free software and other resources in our research for solutions. The Help Center Wiki is the place where we document the resources we rely on. The Wiki page Free Software References contains several references that might benefit you if you are looking for a free solution to your problem.
- Help Center appointments are Tuesdays at 12 PM and Fridays at 9 AM. All appointments are scheduled at the beginning of each session using Signup Genius to ensure we have enough time to work all of your issues.
