Dear Sun City Resident,

Welcome to the Computer Club!      

Each month, we identify our newly enrolled members and thus ensure you get the full benefit of your membership.

Our main website is located at http://sctxcompclub.org. The same username and password of the Sun City website access applies. Our facilities are located in the Activities Center, across the street from the Social Center.  

• Our Computer Lab and Internet Café hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm, and Saturday from 9am to noon.
• Our Help Center technicians are available—after you sign up online—on Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning.
• Classes being offered are announced once a month in an emailed newsletter.
• Special events (e.g., shredding, electronics recycling, presentations, ice cream social, birthday Fridays) will be brought to your attention via email.
• Each of our 16 Special Interest Groups (SIG) typically meets once a month. Sign up via the burnt-orange SIG sign up button on the right-hand side of the screen after you log in at our Club website.

Soon you will receive an invitation to a New Members Orientation to be held on Wednesday, 17 April (*) at 9:00am. The topics will include an overview of the Club’s services, navigating the CA’s and Club’s websites, and a tour of the Club’s facilities.  

Also let us know if you want to volunteer!  Club operations are totally dependent on volunteers.

(*) Orientations are held on the third or fourth Wednesday of the month, except for August. If you can’t make it to the 04/17 session, the next session will be on Wednesday, 22 May.
