The CA Resident Satisfaction Survey is Now Available!
Submitted by Pyle Research Group, [email protected]
CA Resident Satisfaction Survey
At Sun City Texas we are committed to providing an exceptional community experience. As a result, we believe in finding out more about our residents so we can consistently provide you with the best value and services.
As a valued Sun City Texas resident, we would like for you to participate in our Resident Satisfaction Survey. The Neighborhood (NH) with the greatest percentage of residents to complete the survey will win $500 for a NH party.
Please share this information with any of your neighbors who may not have received this message. This is not a household survey, and all individuals should complete the survey as an individual resident. Points to note:
- The survey will take 15-20 minutes depending on the number of comments you wish to enter.
- If you do not wish to comment on a particular department because you have not interacted with them, please choose the N/A options to advance to the next page.
- If you prefer, you may complete a paper version of the survey which is available at the Social Center Monitor's Desk, and you will need to drop it in the Blue Box at the Monitor Desk. These will be mailed to Pyle Research on Friday, March 29.
- At the beginning of the survey, you will be asked for your Name and your Resident ID. This information is used only to confirm that no duplicate surveys have been submitted. Your individual survey answers, your Name and your ID number will NOT be given to the CA.
Click Here to take the survey >>
Please Note: All information will be kept private and confidential. Pyle Research Group will not share individual's information with the Community Association. We appreciate your time in helping us out!
Sincerely,
Pyle Research Group

Golf Carts and Grandkids: SAY NO
Many grandchildren will be in our community for spring break, and there will be a temptation to allow them to drive a golf cart. It is against the law and extremely dangerous for anyone under the age of 16 and/or anyone without a driver's license to drive a golf cart. Please, DO NOT let grandkids get behind the wheel.

SPRING IS COMING,
WE NEED TO TEST OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Submitted by Water Matters, A program of the NRO
The warm weather has caused our grasses to start to come out of dormancy. Most of the green that you see are weeds; however, the soil temperature is at 66 degrees and the soil moisture is at 25.8%. When the soil temperature is above 65 degrees at night for several days, you will see some sprigs of grass start to turn green.
In preparation for turning your sprinkler on, we suggest you manually test your system and make sure you don't have any leaks, low pressure or broken heads. Before the licensed irrigators become busy, we recommend reaching out to them for any irrigation needs.
If you have any questions or problems with your sprinkler, please call your neighborhood water ambassador for help. Especially to those of you that are new to the neighborhood and may have never had a sprinkler system before.

Transit Development Plan Presentation
Tuesday, March 5, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., SCB
The City of Georgetown will be hosting an information meeting regarding public transportation services on Tuesday, March 5 from 10-11 a.m. in the Social Center Ballroom. City staff will provide a brief presentation on existing senior and limited paratransit services as well as new services being considered. Following the presentation, you are welcome to visit with the staff at their booth and provide your feedback. CARTS will also be on hand to help folks register for service and even tour one of the buses.
The City of Georgetown and CapMetro are hosting the second Virtual Open House to report on Transit Development Plan (TDP) progress. Since the first open house, the City has analyzed stakeholder and public feedback and considered the plan’s goals, objectives, and existing conditions findings to develop transit recommendations. The purpose of this open house is to gather feedback and inform the community on the proposed recommendations that address evolving mobility needs within and beyond Georgetown. Visit our TDP website for more information on this effort and contact us to learn more on how you can engage in person or virtually, as well as to sign up for periodic updates.
Any final enhancements and/or new services included in recommendations will be dependent on further public feedback, interagency coordination, and future service planning efforts.
