Billing Statements Reminder – PLEASE READ! IMPORANT NOTES
From Dawn Pehl, Director of Accounting
Our accounting department is in the process of getting statements out with the 2023 billing information. E-bills should be going out this week and paper statements will be placed in the mail today or early next week. We recently had issues with Suddenlink e-mail addresses. If you have a Suddenlink e-mail address and do not receive your e-bill via e-mail by early next week, PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE. We will mail your statements if we receive your e-bill kicked back. If you paid your annual dues in January, the statement you receive will still show that you have an outstanding balance because the statement information is as of December 31, 2022.
Options for payment once you receive your bill if you do not have ACH:
1.) Log into SC account and click on “Account Statements” in blue banner below picture on resident home page. It will redirect to a different screen; then click “Pay Now.” At next screen, pay balance reflected or change amount in right box to amount wish to pay.
2.) You can stop by Member Services office and pay by check, cash or credit card. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
3.) Drop boxes for check payments are available at the Social Center. A big blue lock box is located at the monitor’s desk across from the ballroom. Another is located outside side door of Social Center. This drops directly into the Member Services office.
4.) Mail check payable to Sun City Texas CA to:
Sun City Texas CA
2 Texas Dr.
Georgetown, Texas 78633
5.) Call the payment line at 512-948-7680. Someone will call you within 2-3 business days.
