Neighborhood Rep Organization (NRO) Bylaws
The NRO Chair, Jim Klock, presented the Board of Directors and a resident audience proposed amendments to the NRO Bylaws. NRO recommended the approval of the concept of creating NRO Area Coordinators in order to better communicate with, educate, facilitate and train neighborhoods and their leadership to fulfill the mandate(s) of the NRO Bylaws. Additionally, the NRO further requested that the Board of Directors approve necessary changes to the NRO Bylaws in order to create the Area Coordinator function. The Board approved of these recommendations unanimously.
